Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.

• Once the order is processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Since sarees fall under the category of apparel, we follow a strict no-refund policy except in the following cases:

1. You have received a defective or damaged product.

2. You have received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).

Conditions for Return

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at [your email/phone].

• Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.) used at the time of purchase.

• The refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

• In case of prepaid orders, if cancellation is approved within the permitted time frame, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sale/discount/offers are not eligible for return or refund.

• Sarees that have been customized, altered, or used will not be accepted for returns.
