1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India through reputed courier and logistics partners.

• International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days of receiving payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days, depending on your shipping address and courier partner serviceability.

• Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (festivals, weather, strikes, or courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹X (you can set a minimum amount).

• For orders below this amount or Cash-on-Delivery (if enabled), a nominal shipping fee may apply.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to track your shipment.

• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6. Delays & Responsibility

• Loka Saree Studio is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• In case of significant delays, our support team will keep you updated.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos.

• If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
